The US Department of Justice (DOJ) Tuesday filed a civil antitrust complaint to block JetBlue’s proposed $3.8 billion acquisition of Spirit Airlines. The DOJ’s complaint alleged that JetBlue’s acquisition will negatively impact millions of consumers.
