The United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on Wednesday adopted a resolution to move forward with a proposal for a UN tax convention to promote international tax cooperation. The Georgia state Supreme Court denied review Wednesday of proposed rules to discipline state prosecutors in a blow to a state legislature effort to oversee the actions of district attorneys.
