Oregon voters adopt stricter rules for gun ownership

Voters in Oregon Tuesday adopted a ballot measure to place stricter requirements on gun ownership. The new law also prohibits the use, possession, and ownership of magazines that hold over 10 rounds of ammunition. Current owners of 10-round magazines are exempt from the law. Police are also exempt from the law.
