In a landmark decision, the Supreme Court of Mexico found that any federal regulations that criminalize abortion are unconstitutional Wednesday. The Court reviewed an injunction brought by GIRE, a reproductive rights NGO, that challenged the Federal Criminal Code where it addressed voluntary abortion.
