A story in Houston has everything you would want in a legal controversy: a murder, a mysterious figure known only as “D”, a missing Bengal tiger named India and even Carole Baskin of Tiger King fame. He is facing both criminal and potential tort liability for the tiger incident. However, the penalties are notably higher.
