The Indiana House of Representatives approved legislation Monday that would eliminate handgun licensing in the state. Current Indiana law requires individuals to apply for a handgun license. ” Prohibited individuals knowingly or intentionally carrying a handgun would be charged with a Class A misdemeanor.
