Off-duty Virginia police officer sentenced to 87 months for January 6 riot

The men were sentenced in the District of Columbia. The men were also convicted of misdemeanor offense of disorderly conduct in a Capitol building. in Robertson’s car on the morning of January 6, 2021. Now, Robertson and Fracker must serve 87 months in prison, complete 36 months supervised release and pay restitution of $2,000.
