The Supreme Court will start the new year with nine cases in the opinion pipeline

The Supreme Court won’t be filing any opinions on Monday. Although Mondays and Thursdays are the court’s normal filing days , this Monday is New Year’s Day and, of course, all courts are closed. The court granted review in November 2019. Several have been on the docket for a while. In re Vaquera.
