Activist investors Arjuna Capital and Follow This have again urged a Texas federal judge to dismiss a case against them brought by Exxon Mobile Corp., saying the company "refuses to take 'yes' for an answer" and is trying to run a proxy battle with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission through the case.
