The FCC’s Enforcement Bureau issued a Revocation Order revoking the license of an FM station in Pennsylvania. The licensee had pled guilty to five crimes, consisting of one felony (criminal use of a communications facility) and four related misdemeanors, but received probation instead of a prison sentence.
