I graduated from the University of North Dakota Law School. At the time, I did not expect that I would ever leave my home state so it did not occur to me until years later that a more well-known school would have provided me with more options starting out. Successfully matriculating through college and graduate school provided me the necessary self-assurance to embrace law school as my next challenge, and I did it! I have a small community-based firm.

Yes, from high school on, I knew I wanted to be an attorney, but I wasn’t entirely sure in which area I would specialize.
