Maryland, Missouri Voters OK Recreational Marijuana

Voters approved recreational marijuana in Maryland and Missouri while Arkansas and North Dakota voters rejected legalization proposals, reports Andrew DeMedillo for the Associated Press. The results mean that 21 states have now approved marijuana’s recreational use and highlight the growing support around the country for legalization.
