The report wanted to know who was primarily responsible for operating courtroom technology during those appearances and the largest segment (30.5%) stated the attorneys themselves were the primary operators but 10% of the time it was “another attorney from their firm,” a paralegal (9%), or a “litigation support consultant” (8%).
