For calendar year 2026 and subsequent years, an agreement will become effective on the first day of a calendar quarter that is at least 60 days after a manufacturer has signed the agreement. Manufacturers must sign the agreement by March 1, 2024, to participate in the 2025 plan year. 1395w-114c(e). 1395w-114c(e)(1).
