A stockholder of Pzena Investment Management Inc. sued the global investment management firm in Delaware's Court of Chancery on Monday for corporate records to investigate "potential mismanagement" and breaches of fiduciary duty in connection with a pending buyout by the company's founder and controlling shareholder.
