Noella Sudbury became interested in the issue of criminal records expungement soon after law school, while working as a criminal defense lawyer. Also last year, the Utah State Bar honored Sudbury with its 2022 Distinguished Service Award and, in 2019, Utah Business Magazine named her its 2019 Woman of the Year.

I was first diagnosed with anxiety when I was in law school, and working with cognitive behavioral therapy, medication, diet, exercise, creative outlets, I’ve managed to kind of handle that to varying quality within my law school and early professional career. So all of those folks we have the law schools.

This weekend, I was unable to attend our law school graduation after traveling to Utah to speak to the Federal Bar Association. Susan Wild (D) who represents the 7th District in Pennsylvania and is a distinguished graduate of our law school. I have only missed a couple of graduation in almost 30 years of teaching.
