Vermont school district settles race, sex-based harassment complaint

The Twin Valley School District in Windham County, Vermont Thursday reached a settlement agreement to resolve a complaint that a student was harassed based on her race and sex. This agreement will help ensure that Black and LGBTQ students can thrive in a safe and supportive educational environment going forward.
