It is important to work closely with an attorney to ensure that your contracts comply with the new law. January 1, 2027 – December 31, 2032. The employer must provide the employee with a copy of the agreements at least 14 calendar days before the beginning of employment or provide at least 14 calendar days to review the agreements.
