A first-year student who attends the City University of New York School of Law has been missing for nearly two weeks, and his family, friends, and classmates are desperately searching for him across New York City.

Jordan Marshall Taylor, 29, of Spring Valley, New York, is a Hudson Valley community organizer who was last seen on January 6, between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., at Hustle Barbershop in Kenwood Gardens/Briarwood, Queens. His phone was found in Midtown the same day between 11 p.m. and midnight, and his wallet, which contained cash and credit cards, was found the next day between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. near the World Trade Center/Battery Park.

A Facebook group called “Let’s Find Jordan” has been created so members of the search party can gather any information about potential sightings of the CUNY Law 1L. The New York Law Journal has additional details about Taylor:

Taylor is described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall and approximately 170 pounds, Black with natural black hair and brown eyes, JT Search Party—a collective of friends and colleagues from all different parts of Taylor’s life, including high school, undergrad, law school, community organizing and the arts—told Law.com on Tuesday.

He was last seen wearing a dark blue coat, black pants and brown shoes, according to JT Search Party.

Taylor is now listed as a missing person with the New York Police Department.

If you have any relevant information to share about Taylor or his whereabouts, you can provide it to the NYPD by calling 800-577-8477, or by contacting Taylor’s brother, Alton Taylor Jr. of Queens, by calling 845-596-7350 or by email at altaylor1991@gmail.com.
