ACLU files lawsuit challenging new Georgia legislative maps

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) on Thursday filed a lawsuit in Georgia, claiming that the state’s newly-drawn state House and Senate districts disadvantage Black voters. Judge Reed O’Connor of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas temporarily enjoined the United States Navy’s mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy on Monday.
