World Software, whose Worldox document management software is used by law firms worldwide, has named new leadership following the arrest this week of its president.

Worldox’s longtime Chief Financial Officer Julie Ann Camporini and Chief Information Officer Rebecca Sattin have taken over as co-executives, according to a source within the company.

Raymond Zwiefelhofer, who has been president since 2009, has been terminated from the company, the source said.

Zwiefelhofer was arrested earlier this week by police in Tempe, Ariz., on suspicion of possessing child pornography, according to news reports.
