Tiny But Mighty: Boutique Firm Offers Bonuses At 150% Of Cravath Scale

Wow! These year-end bonuses pack a real punch.

What could be better than a bonus on the Cravath scale? A bonus that’s even better than the Cravath scale!

Tensegrity Law Group, a notable IP litigation boutique, continually impresses with its compensation — we’re talking market-busting bonuses on an annual basis. This year is no different for the firm, which recently announced year-end bonuses for its associates. So just how big are they?

According to a memo circulated by partner Azra Hadzimehmedovic, associates will receive “above ‘market’ bonuses at 150% of market rates.” That means associates at the firm will receive bonuses ranging from $22,500 to $172,500.

Congratulations to everyone at Tensegrity Law Group. The firm may be smaller, but its bonuses sure aren’t!

Remember everyone, we depend on your tips to stay on top of compensation updates, so when your firm announces or matches, please text us (646-820-8477) or email us (subject line: “[Firm Name] Bonus/Matches”). Please include the memo if available. You can take a photo of the memo and send it via text or email if you don’t want to forward the original PDF or Word file.
