Mexican Supreme Court Justice Rocks It At Taylor Swift's Eras Tour
I'd feel much better if the U.S. Constitution was in the hands of a Swiftie.
Mexican Supreme Court Justice Arturo Zaldivar is in his Reputation Era — at least judging by the custom fit he rocked at one of the shows on the Mexico City leg of the Taylor Swift Eras tour. His green jacket was customized with his name and the number 13 — a reference to Taylor’s birthday and an important number to the singer — and a rep patch on the sleeve.
As every Swiftie knows, the Eras tour features two surprise songs that Taylor plays on the guitar and piano, respectively, that do not appear in the regular, impressive 44 song set list. Zaldivar enjoyed surprise songs “I Forgot That You Existed” — the first time Taylor has played that song live — and “Sweet Nothing.”

And like so many Swifties lucky enough to attend the Eras tour, Zaldivar participated in the trading of friendship bracelets — a moment captured and shared on TikTok.
Zaldivar showed off his impressive friendship bracelet haul on Twitter/X as well.

The Supreme Court justice has praised Swift’s music in the past as well:
“I listen to Taylor Swift because her music, like life itself, is full of sensitive and moving stories about the human condition that we can all relate to,” Zaldivar stated on X, formally Twitter, in June.
“I like Taylor Swift because her music is a cry of rebellion in a world where women are expected to be silent,” he said.
Zaldivar isn’t the only prominent legal mind that’s a fan of Taylor. U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland is also a self-proclaimed Swiftie.
