Identical Twin Biglaw Partners Had Fun Together While 'Rescuing' The Pac-12 From Certain Doom

There may be other identical twins working in Biglaw, but these brothers worked together to save a football conference.

A lot of it played out over Thanksgiving. We resisted any urge to bill during dinner.

It was really funny to be on constant calls with my twin brother and I had to resist the urge to talk to him as my brother and relate to him more as a professional.

David Silbert of Keker Van Nest & Peters, in comments given to the American Lawyer on what it was like to work alongside his identical twin brother, Greg Silbert of Weil Gotshal & Manges, in litigation over the fate of the Pac-12. The twins played a vital role in saving the collegiate athletic conference, and they had a good time together while they were at it. “A lot of funny emails back and forth, as we realized what was about to happen,” Greg told Am Law. “It was sort of fun to write ‘conference with Silbert’ in my calendar,” David said.
