June 2021 Visa Bulletin: Moderate Advancements in Many Employment-Based Visa Categories

The United States State Department has released the June 2021 Visa Bulletin, featuring the Final Action Dates and the Dates for Filing charts for employment-based green cards. United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has not yet confirmed which chart it will use to accept adjustment of status applications in June 2021. 

The Final Action dates for employment-based visas have advanced in the June Visa Bulletin:

  • EB-1: All countries remain current.
  • EB-2: China advances five months to May 1, 2017. India advances four months to December 1, 2010. All other countries remain current.
  • EB-3 Professional and Skilled Workers: China advances about five months to September 1, 2018. India advances to November 1, 2011. All other countries remain current.
  • EB-3 Other Workers: China advances two months to October 1, 2009, while India advances nine months to November 1, 2011. All other countries remain current.
  • EB-4: El-Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras advance two months to November 1, 2018. Mexico advances nearly eight months to November 1, 2019. All other countries remain current.
  • EB-5: China advances one month to September 15, 2015, while Vietnam advances two months to April 15, 2018. All other countries remain current.

  • EB-1:
    • All filing dates remain current.
  • EB-2:
    • China: January 1, 2018
    • India: August 1, 2011
    • All other countries: Current
  • EB-3 Professional and Skilled Workers:
    • China: January 1, 2019
    • India: January 1, 2014
    • All other countries: Current
  • EB-3 Other Workers:
    • China: January 1, 2010
    • India: January 1, 2014
    • All other countries: Current
  • EB-4:
    • El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras: January 1, 2019
    • All other countries: Current
  • EB-5:
    • China: December 15, 2015
    • All other countries: Current
