— Mason Kalfus, founder of D.C.-based legal recruiting firm Zenith Legal, in comments given to the American Lawyer on if and when other leading Biglaw firms are likely to match Milbank’s salary raises and bonuses. Kalfus went on to say that after one or two firms match Milbank, he expects a “wave” of matches to come quickly. “All of the top D.C. firms will get there. They just don’t want to lead the chase,” he said.
