–Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Lyle Frank in cutting off King & Spalding’s Randy Mastro. The scolding came at the end of the latest in the ongoing challenge to Madison Square Garden’s childish practice of banning girl scouts from events when the parent attorney is involved in a case against the company. Mastro previously compared his petulant client to the mafia for some reason, so maybe the judge was doing him a favor.
