Generic Industry Skepticism Irrelevant to Non-Obviousness

Patently O

by Dennis Crouch. In a divided opinion, the Federal Circuit rejected a PTAB non-obviousness decision–holding that “generic industry skepticism” is irrelevant to the question of obviousness.
