Two men have been charged in relation to the tragic deaths of 51 migrant adults and children found in a sweltering enclosed semi-truck in San Antonio, Tx., reports Reuters. Surviving patients were hot to the touch and suffering from heat stroke and exhaustion with no working A/C or water, and investigators said that the victims were too weakened to get themselves out.

US Supreme Court: Oklahoma can prosecute crimes committed against Native Americans on tribal territory

The US Supreme Court Wednesday ruled that the state of Oklahoma can prosecute non-Native Americans who commit crimes against Native Americans on tribal territory. This decision clarifies the 2020 McGirt v. Oklahoma ruling , which held that part of eastern Oklahoma was still a Creek reservation and that the state could not prosecute crimes committed by Native Americans within its boundaries.
