Unindicted Co-Conspirator Points Finger At Sidney Powell

*This* is what throwing someone under the bus looks like.

powellSomeone needs to check on attorney Sidney Powell — there’s a bus somewhere that’s she’s under.

Tim Parlatore is a former Trump attorney but he’s still embroiled in the legal woes of Donald Trump. He currently represents ex-New York Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik… who just happens to be an unindicted co-conspirator in the Georgia election interference case helmed by Fulton County district attorney Fani Willis.

In a recent CNN appearance, Parlatore opined on what his client may say under oath. And it doesn’t look great for “Kraken” lawyer, Sidney Powell.

“In this group, it is primarily Sidney Powell, because the testimony that Kerik has is that Rudy Giuliani and his whole team were pursuing leads, they were hampered by lack of time, a lack of resources and so that prevented them from being able to chase everything down completely, it certainly did lead to certain inaccuracies,” Parlatore said.

“But when they talk about people putting out knowingly false claims, Kerik and others are going to be able to point right over at Sidney Powell and say, ‘Hey, what they’re accusing us of, she did.’ And then he’s going to be able to testify about that’s why she was fired, that’s why President Trump told her she wasn’t allowed back in the White House.”

Powell has exercised her right to a speedy trial. She’s set to go to trial, along with alleged co-conspirator Kenneth Cheseboro October 23rd.
