Human Rights Watch (HRW) reported Tuesday that Saudi Arabia is detaining hundreds of migrants, mainly Ethiopian, in degrading conditions at a deportation center in Riyadh. The law will also create specialized rape courts designed to deal exclusively with rape and sexual assault cases.
