Alaska man Joseph Fagundes has now been charged with felony attempted murder for opening fire on an Anchorage police officer on Saturday, Joey Klecka reports for Alaska’s News Source. Fagundes, who was the subject of both a potential domestic violence and three outstanding felony warrants, allegedly fired from his Jeep at an officer who was attempting to pull him over. The officer did not fire back and reported he did not have a clear line of sight on Fagundes. No officers were injured.
