“Whites are Psychopathic”: UC Speaker Uses Black History Month to Launch into Racist Attacks

The University of California (San Francisco) is under fire this week after hosting a racist speaker who attacked white people as psychopaths and claimed that black women could be legally raped. A conservative campus group posted clips from the event in which author Dante King lambasted the United States and its institutions as racist and maintaining a white “rape culture.” Imagine if a speaker or professor gave a lecture that called blacks “psychopaths” and responsible for a rape culture. The university would be quickly shutdown in a campus-wide effort at introspection, condemnation, and healing. Instead, King’s lecture was followed by applause.

During the Black History Month event, King delivered a lecture titled “Diagnosing Whiteness and Anti-Blackness: White Psychopathology, Collective Psychosis and Trauma in America.”

He explained how

“whites are psychopaths… and their behavior represents an underlying, biologically transmitted proclivity with roots deep in their evolutionary history. How many of you can see the proclivity that evolved deep within the evolutionary history of Whiteness? By show of hands, how many of you could see it? Some people are sitting here, ‘Oh no, I don’t want to raise my hand,’ that’s called denial.”

King said he is not worried about how the whites in the audience react because he does not value or prioritize their feelings or views: “I’m not seeking agreement from White people at all. I don’t prioritize Whiteness or White people in my work in that way.”

There was little need to consider any whites on campus and what they think because “I think Whites are psychopathic. I think there are many lies. The level of lying that White people do that has started since colonialism. We’re just used to it.”

He also denounced the United States and its institutions as based on “anti-Blackness” as “the foundation of all American, all White American institutions.” Presumably, that is why

“there is no discussion about the delusions and the perversion of Whiteness. Say this with me: rape culture in America is a legal, economic, and moral institution. So we’re going to…we have it written in the law, you can rape Black women – but we’ve never been a racist country. This goes beyond gaslighting, and it’s rooted in psychological delusion. “

UC-San Francisco is full of faculty who have expressly committed themselves to being anti-racist but there was nary a complaint about this vehemently racist lecture.

There is nothing new. As we have previously discussed, professors have advocated “detonating white people,” denouncing policecalling for Republicans to suffer, strangling police officers, celebrating the death of conservativescalling for the killing of Trump supporters, supporting the murder of conservative protesters, and other outrageous statements.

University of Rhode Island professor Erik Loomis defended the murder of a conservative protester and said he saw “nothing wrong” with such acts of violence.

Last year, Hunter College Professor Shellyne Rodríguez was only fired after being arrested for holding a machete to the neck of a New York Post reporter and threatening to “chop you up.”

Yet, she was not fired after she destroyed the pro-life display of a group of students. It was only later that she was fired after holding a machete to the neck of a journalist.

They are all part of the radical chic of academia and they have little fear of repercussions for their rhetoric.

Conversely, there is little tolerance for conservatives who seek to express their views.

The suspension of Ilya Shapiro is a good example. Other faculty have had to go to court to defend their free speech rights. One professor was suspended for being seen at a controversial protest.

We discussed how St. Joseph’s University refused to renew a contract for a professor who actually prevailed in such a free speech fight. A conservative North Carolina professor  faced calls for termination over controversial tweets and was pushed to retire. Dr. Mike Adams, a professor of sociology and criminology, had long been a lightning rod of controversy. In 2014, we discussed his prevailing in a lawsuit that alleged discrimination due to his conservative views.  He was then targeted again after an inflammatory tweet calling North Carolina a “slave state.”  That led to his being pressured to resign with a settlement. He then committed suicide  just days before his last day as a professor.

Yet, to even criticize an extremist speaker like King is to risk being ostracized and cancelled by one’s colleagues. Instead, you have professors and students sitting and listening to a virulently racist diatribe . . . only to politely applaud at the end. It is hard to see how this is any part of a celebration of Black History month as opposed to its debasement. To use this month to voice racist tropes and attacks should be offensive to everyone.

My greatest concern is not that offensive views are being shared on campus. King should be protected by free speech values and campuses should be places where a wide variety of viewpoints are heard. Rather, my concern is that such tolerance only seems to run to those on the far left. It is not evidence of the diversity but the hypocrisy and orthodoxy in higher education.

  1. This is what happens when colleges and universities add curriculum pertaining to “black studies.” They produce a generation of black racists who have been fed myth and conjecture as “fact.”

  2. The SF Bay Area has been a cesspool of this madness for decades. Quick history lesson that “speaks volumes”: in 1968 the far left swept into power in Berkeley, took over the schools, and immediately imposed a strict racial quota assignment system. Millions have been blown in court fights defending this, years after whites were no longer even the majority of students. IF the point was to improve outcomes for the “minorities”, it has been a dismal faillure. The leftists who control the Bay Area media will not touch this story though one local website has done its job and documented the entire affair, winning a prize for an historical account (though not for telling the ghastly truth about the end results). After 5 decades of the race-conscious policies, the “achievement gap” is WORSE than other locales. The Berkeleyside site did tell the truth, however guarded, about this and it did have the courage (the ONLY source that did) to cover the school-wide walkout at the high school in protest of the “rape culture” (!) there. No apparent response from the “feminist scholars” at the nearby university however. They still can’t figure out how to teach reading either: https://www.berkeleyside.org/2024/01/24/units-of-study-science-of-reading-berkeley-unified

There is an interesting historical document that may be found online though deleted from the PBS site, in 1993 the 25th anniversary of the race quota policy the students collected 200 hours of video at the high school that was edited down to 2 2-hour segments and shown on the Frontline series as “School Colors”. PBS used to be pretty good, as with some others in that era the edit was so effective the Truth Was Told at the very start: the opening scene of the courtyard at BHS showed that the students had self-segregated into 4 racial groups. The rest of the video demonstrates the idotic failure of the historically fictional “Afrocentric” curriculum while people who should have known better tolerated it in vain hopes that it would somehow improve the self-esteem of the underachievers.

The only thing the Left is good at is making people dependent on The State. It appears to me that the final “Coup d’Grace” is being administered, incredibly enough, by the biggest billionaires who have benefitted the the most from the competitive market system they now seek to destroy. Look up Mr. Bill Gates “Equity Math” program where educators are counseled that it is racist to make students “show their work” on a test! Of course the reality is that is exactly the opposite: what are we to conclude but that these elites have abandoned all hope of any purported “reforms” and have thrown in with demented racial fanatics like the bozo in the article above. Blacks are being condemned to the rich liberal racial plantation; an “overseer” class like the Obamas and the criminal goons who govern NYC now play their role in subjugating their own!

    1. Blacks are 13% of the US population but commit 70% of violent crime. Now who is psychopathic? This black punk is in denial like TV commercials and movie making where blacks are peaceful, cerebral family men. Pure BS.

  3. FBI stats: Blacks rape over 15,000 White women a year. The number of black women raped by White men is too small to calculate.

  4. Dennis, the US population was 42M with 2M slaves at 1865. Tell us some more BLM BS. I don’t think it’s white privilege, I think it’s more cultural clash. Who wants y to hang with that hiphop BS, get shot over a $20 bag of weed? It’s up to blacks to step up now.

    1. But blacks invented everything. According to their distorted version of reality.

Kind of ironic that universities will cancel conservative speakers who have no record of racial attacks on anyone, yet will allow vermin like Dante King to speak freely.

  5. Edward Mahl: Re your comment (2/13@4:15pm) here is my response to your points:

    1. 1619 was the beginning of the African slave trade in the British colonies that became the US. Throughout the 17th, 18th and much of the 19th centuries European settlers turned to enslaved Africans as cheaper, a more plentiful source of labor than indentured servants. Some 6-7 million Africans were imported in the 18th century alone. The US Constitution incorporated this system when it determined that 3/5ths of enslaved population counted when when determining a state’s total population for purposes of taxation and representation in Congress. So it is untrue that slavery was “rare” during this period. As to the cotton gin Whitney didn’t invent it until 1784 after the slave trade was well established. And the cotton gin actually increased the demand for slave labor.

    2. The whole point of the Civil War was to defend slavery. That was acknowledged by Confederate leaders. They knew that without slavery the southern economy would collapse as a result of industrialization in the north. And white soldiers who were dragooned to fight for the Confederacy were tenant farmers or workers who owned no slaves. But they hoped that if the Confederacy prevailed they would some day own their own slaves or get out from under their own economic exploitation by greedy slave owners.

    3. and 4. You say there is “no reason to believe” the legacy of slavery still pervades out country. You may not believe it but the reality is quite different. Here are a few examples. DJT’s father, Fred Trump, refused to rent to Black people in his housing complexes. DJT did the same thing when building his real estate empire in NY. I have cited in previous comments the example of the Bruce family in Manhattan Beach. They were run out of the City by a white racist City Council using the excuse of “imminent domain”. This practice was widespread throughout the country. The statistics show that even today “imminent domain” is still used to displace Black people to make way for new housing developments and sports stadiums in low income areas. Even today Black people are discriminated in home improvement lending.

And even today voter suppression is widespread that adversely impacts Black voters. White dominated legislatures have gerrymandered voting districts with the intent to dilute the Black vote. Why? Because Black voter predominantly vote Democratic. And what happened in the 2020 elections? Why did DJT focus on Fulton County, Georgia? Because Fulton County has a large Black voting population. DJT’s racist attacks on Ruby Freeman and her mother were part of the effort to cancel the Black vote for Joe Biden. In this year’s presidential election we will see more efforts by DJT and the MAGA Republicans to keep Black and other minority voters away from the voting booths. They have hired hundreds and hundreds of so-called “poll watchers” to intimidate and challenge minority voters. In my state the white dominated legislature has imposed new voter registration, absentee and vote by mail restrictions. This adversely affects minority voting.

So the reality and legacy of slavery is still with us. You may try to deny it. Perhaps because you suffer from your own denial and refuse to give up your “white privilege”.

    1. Dennis McIntyre, you forgot to mention that black people owned slaves due to their black privilege. You also left out that American Indians owned slaves because of their red skin privilege. Slavery was a part of the reason for the Civil War but it was not the only factor. The English ruled the Sea and consequently ruled a large portion of the world. The South was selling cotton to England that was used to make the sails on the ships that attacked America in 1812. That would be like rockets made in America being sold to Russia today. As usual you’ve presented your selective history to prove that you are a victim. Not one word from you about any ethnic group that has owned slaves other than white people. Singling out one race for prejudice and not another is simply your justification for your own racism against white people. Bigotry, white or black is still bigotry and you abundantly display the truth of this statement.

        1. UF:
“Thank you for pointing out Dennis’s lack of critical thinking skills.”
          **********************************
Oh Dennis thinks. Wrongly but he thinks. He’s just been indoctrinated into a world where facts don’t matter. There’s no doubt that the American Indians of teh Plains were the largest and most prominent group of slaveholders in 1860; that the South fought the North for more than slavery and that “oppression” from slavery is no longer institutionalized, pervasive or condoned, but in Dennis’ world all of the opposite is true. Dennis is our George Costanza and every day is Opposite Day for him:

          1. I don’t think Dennis is technically following the Opposite rule in Seinfeld. That episode came about when George was describing his decision-making “skills” and he always ended up doing the wrong thing by applying thoise so-called “skills.” That’s when Jerry and George realize that George might actually start making correct decisions by doing the opposite of his own inclinations. Of course, his opposite-decisions turn out to be the correct ones, at least for a while. This is funny because there is much wisdom in it. Unfortunately, in Dennis’s case, he consistently practices making the wrong decisions and drawing the wrong conclusions. But we can actually learn to make good decisions by doing the very opposite of what Dennis says, thanks to his incredible and consistent track record of being wrong.

      1. Thank you for your post…. what is so strange these days is how white as well as black people love to hate white people in the USA and especially the South… and they refuse to pay attention to the facts of history which was written by the Northern slave starting , taxation without representation victors. This is my rant to those
willfully ignorant about the Civil War and the South, which was me until about a year ago:
Did you know the Confederate flag is Biblical, it was based on a cross an ACTUAL Christian saint (Saint Andrew) was executed upon?
Did you know that the first slave owner in America was black man that went to court to make slavery FOR LIFE:?
Did you know the North was the one that introduced slavery to the South?
Guess who captured slaves and sold them to Americans in the first place?
Did you know the Civil war was started because the North wanted to tax the South 50% of its’ income?
Did you know in the South, less than 5% of white people had slaves?

Lastly what do you think about how African American slaves had a better quality of life than the working poor in the USA today? Workers need 30$ an hour to equal the standard of living of a 19th century slave. “Minimum-Wage Workers and 19th-Century Slaves: An Economic Comparison” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eiS-cSUKsh8
There is even more hidden history if anyone would care to learn, and I am a yankee from NYC. I just discovered all this the past couple years.
        https://confederateshop.com/archives/2976
        More about the confederate flag:
“…the blue x in the confederate flag refers to Saint Andrews’ cross “he St. Andrew’s Cross (‘X-shaped cross’ or ‘Cross in the shape of a Roman ten’) is a cross with two diagonal intersecting bars. It cross consists of slanting beams (also of different lengths), the term sloping cross is also used. There is this cross often at a level crossing. The name refers to the apostle Andrew, who is said to have died as a martyr on such a cross, reports from the 4th century suggest. The diagonal cross has therefore become an attribute of this apostle and found expression in religion and especially in late medieval Christian iconography. Originally a symbol of the crossed sticks of the fire sacrificial altar, it can also be found in depictions of the sacrifice of Isaac. It also contains the Greek letter Chi (Χ) as a symbol for Christ, as in the Christ monogram. Especially in early Christian times, the St. Andrew’s cross was often used for the name of Christ, e.g. B. was used as an identifier.”

      2. re “Dennis McIntyre, you forgot to mention”
He also failed to mention the question of how the slave traders were getting slaves in the first place. Most people fail to think about that, or stupidly image that the white slave traders were just rampaging through Africa grabbing up their black victims without resistance or organized attempts at evasion and escape. The truth is decidedly hostile to a sophamoric picture of “white aggressor, black victim”.

      3. All good points. But however much the plight of black slaves, and the complicity of white Southern owners only, may be exaggerated in the minds of some people, it does not and cannot excuse one essential fact. A slave is by definition the property of a master, and can be explicitly and involuntarily bought and sold. No matter what race a slave is, how he is treated, or who is his master, that is wholly evil, and inexcusable. If a man has any value at all, he has too much to be property. That, if I recall correctly, is from Robert A. Heinlein, but I’m not sure if it was original, or if he quoted it. I also think that there is a corollary implied in that statement that if a man is aware of his own worth, he will die defore becoming a slave, and not necessarily alone. That is an admonition that might be useful for *our* wannabe elitist masters to note, before it is too late.

    2. Of course, your are full of it. Very deranged and untrue statements completely ignoring the fact that the United States destroyed the African slave trade. Also, Trump eliminated the restrictions preventing blacks from living there or being members in Palm Beach. Racial abuse, fomenting hatred and refusing to take responsibility for you own actions is a familiar characteristic of black activists.

    3. Wow. Just wow. “2. But they hoped that if the Confederacy prevailed they would some day own their own slaves or get out from under their own economic exploitation by greedy slave owners.”

Another Demunist trying to rewrite history. The whole point wasn’t to go to war – it was to exercise their right – EXPLICITLY defined in our Declaration of Independence and exercised by those who revolted against unfair taxation from England – to self determination. Lincoln started the war, which was completely unnecessary, as a way to conquer, subjugate, and ENSLAVE the entire South.

You folks keep thinking, “SOMEONE must have been the good guys in the Civil War!”

You were wrong then, and you’re wrong now.

      1. Actually the war should have started the day after the Abomination of Taxes was passed. Without getting into voluminous detail the most concise explanation of the war was from a northern editorialist H. L. Mencken who remarked “before the war we were citizens of our respective states and after the war we became subjects”. The compact between the states was forever destroyed. Fun fact research the Devils Punchbowl an awesome story of northern liberation. History is very inconvenient when researched versus just born knowing with a middle school synopsis of history.

    4. Dennis – you seem anxious to establish that slavery was invented, or “introduced”, by the British in 1619. My point, which you ignore, is that slavery was everywhere, including the New World, when Columbus got here. He also practiced slavery. There is nothing unique about African slavery except that it involved Africans. Surely you don’t disapprove of slavery only when it involves Africans?
You also imply that the current condition of blacks is caused by housing discrimination. Why? One’s success in life is not determined by early housing. Are you aware of the newspaper series “How the Other Half Lives”, which documented the horrendous housing conditions in the Lower East Side? Many of the children in that crowded and dirty housing succeeded in later life. The American Story has been the rise of poor immigrants through our institutions. They may have started in ghettos, but they did not stay there.
You say that the Constitution “incorporated” slavery. This is as odd word. In no way does the Constitution purport to establish, regulate, protect or support slavery. It allowed slaves to be counted for the census, a concession to the Southern states to procure their assent to the document. “Recognizing” something is not same as “incorporating” it.
Your remarks about discriminatory use of “eminent (sp?) domain” is a canard. Based on what I have seen, there is no discrimination in the use of that power, except possibly as to those who are less-politically connected. The most notable abuse I have seen was when Poletown in Detroit was seized to be given to developers. The residents were not black and the “seizers” were all Democrats.
Your remarks about Republican voter suppression is standard Democratic talking points to keep the gullible in line.

    5. There is no “white privilege, quite to the contrary the demented theory of “protected classes” (everybody but straight white males) rules. The Supreme Court refused to review the Morgan HIll Flag T-Shirt case (whites suspended for wearing US flag t-shirts who were themselves the “minority” at the school) after the 9th Circuit endorsed the practice. The federal courts will feed the boy with the “There Are Two Genders” Tee into the grinder as well. No one would dare to suspend someone wearing any foreign nation Tee or a Rainbow. (In Mexifornia now you see a Tee with 2 fists ripping apart a US flag revealing the Mexican underneath). Burning the US flag is protected “expression” but burning a Rainbow flag got a man 15 years in Iowa. “Protected Classes” and “Hate Crimes”, suspended from school for saying something that is scientifically correct. Everything the government touches is drenched with anti-white racism, from hiring/promotional preferences to contracting “thumb on the scale” deals. The DoD and all the other agencies pay subcontractors on the basis of what are frequently facades of “minority” contractors who merely sign some papers while the actual work is done by others; their role is merely to get paid to justify the corporate entity that gets “points” for a “minority contract”. Then there is the subculture of parasite lawyers who get rich suing over “you did not hire the minority you’re discriminating” when the candidate was unqualifiied. Companies settle lest they face Kangaroo Courts and juries like ones the goons in NYC are using to destroy Trump. It’s another layer of expense of doing business in the “diverse cities”–and another incentive for them to run for it and abandon these roach motels for what’s left of a country that used to work. White men get fired and replaced with Asian B-1s as they are forced to train their replacements at the tech firms that don’t even try to influence the corrupt and failed education systems that can’t supply candidates from the “underrepresented minorities” groups. (They are the biggest political donors now having just purchased the Virginia State Legislature from their Silicon Valley enclaves). Who runs these failed public education systems? Minority Mafias that not only don’t care about actual education, they incentivize failure as it produces legions of dumb followers, who can’t do anything productive but make a fine political base of State Dependents. As, the One-Party-Rulers use a School Board that is UNELECTED while howling about “Democracy”? Footnote: Barack Obama got $700K from the Annenberg Foundation to study how to improve education in Chicago. He chose Bomb-Throwing Bill Ayers, the Tenured Terrorist to help him spend the money; web search and see how that turned out. He could have just asked Marva Collins (whose West Side Prep went out of business and Is No More). Look up the videos about Marva on YouTube and prepare to be amazed (and revolted). The “role model” for the Obamites appears to be Zimbabwe (or South Africa that is now circling the drain under DeMauMau rule.)

      1. I thought that Marva Collins went to California. But, your point is well taken. She was a miracle worker for the children lucky enough to be in her care.

    6. Slavery was accepted world wide. There were slaves when Christ walked the earth. It was a common, every day practice. There are still slaves in Africa today. You are a slave to the bank if you have debt. It was AMERICA and its CONSTITUTION that claimed ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL and started the movement through the Salvation Army that slavery needs to end. The war between the North and the South started over succession NOT slavery, but slavery weighted Lincoln’s mind and agreed to end it through the war thus inviting the Northern blacks to partake in the fight.
I personally don’t care what color you are. I don’t care if you have three eyes and a tail. As long as your heart is loving and your mind is gentle and forgiving I care nothing of the package you walk around in. Maybe everyone should do the same…love thy neighbor as you love thyself. Hatred is getting easier to see these days.

    7. What misinformation. Obama’s own beer summit pal Prof. Henry Gates, chair of African studies at Harvard has said the number of slaves brought in to what became the United States totaled 388,000. Where do you get your “millions” from? Most of the trans-Atlantic slave trade ended up in the Caribbean islands and Central and South America where they were treated more cruelly with a higher death rate. In the US, the black population burgeoned over 100X. If any race is “psychopathic” it’s the one committing over half the serious crime in America despite being only 13% of the population. There should be more embarrassment about this, particularly after 3 generations of artificial boosting via affirmative action/diversity programs into schools and jobs for which blacks are not the best qualified candidates. Neither can they point to a neighborhood, city, state, country or even continent of Africa that’s been improved by blacks taking over management. What accounts for this 100% failure around the globe including areas that were never colonized by whites? In fact, the colonized areas did better for a time after black rule was established, having been given a head start. But Zimbabwe deteriorated under one black man’s rule (Mugabe) from the bread basket of Africa as Rhodesia to being unable to feed its own people without white charity. Blacks are tribal and outward-blaming with little introspection about their own weaknesses. Until this changes they will remain burdensome instead of an asset.

  6. Many, many years later when Dante King passes and is escorted through Inferno.

Virgil: “I’ve been charged with guiding you, sir, through the afterlife”
Dante: “What? You’re white! and you are going to take ME through Hell?”
Virgil: “Of course. And yes, being dead generally makes one more pale.”
    Dante: “Psycopath!”
Virgil” “Actually sir, that would be Psycopomp.

    1. That is a darn good word, and something good to know. I have just discovered, in the last week or so, the kuntilanaks, “The Kuntilanak (Indonesian name), also called Pontianak (Malay name), or Yakshi in Hinduism/ Hindu mythology is a mythological creature in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. It is similar to Langsuir in other Southeast Asia regions. The Pontianak usually takes the form of a pregnant woman who is unable to give birth to a child. Alternatively, it is often described as a vampiric, vengeful female spirit. Another form of the Pontianak refers to the ghost or white lady of Southeast Asian folklore.

The Pontianak is often depicted as a long-haired woman dressed in white, and it represents local variations of a vampire. She lures in unsuspecting men to incite fear and enact revenge. Signs that a Pontianak is nearby include the sound of an infant crying and the smell of a decaying corpse or the plumeria flower.”

I have been watching kuntilanak pranks on youtube, and they are hilarious:

  7. When Trump is returned to the WH, the Dante Kings of the country will face consequences. How many of you remember the name Tawana Brawley? When Al Sharpton got away with the stunt he pulled with her as the ‘victim’ — and when Louis Farrakhan got away with his inflammatory speechifying about the hairy hand of the white man….. deterioration of Martin Luther King, Jr.’s unifying blacks and whites was sure to follow —

  8. The New Atheists are offering the same type of delightful, warm, loving rhetoric everywhere they roam. Just wonderful people. If you happen to be a Christian, they open their arms to welcome you into their fair and reasonable debates over how evil you are. You must be a conservative evangelical because all evil in the universe emanates from you and your white supremist ancestors. If you or your white hypocritical fundies manage to make the slightest gaff, they will announce it in letters reaching 10,000′ tall. They would despise God, but he don’t exist, so they hate fundies/evangelicals for forcing Jesus down their throats. On the other hand, they do nothing worthy of condemnation or perpetual disrespect like you do. Having never met you or knowing anything about you, if you do not agree with their lovely and gracious treatment of and hateful speech about those deluded and disgusting white, conservative religious beasts, you will be denied any opportunity to express anything on the various websites they control.
