The Supreme Court today issued an administrative order stating that the 2-day bar exam at the end of February “will be administered in-person . . . subject to any restrictions that may be imposed by any state or local public health orders.”

By another order today, the court denied without prejudice a request to allow students in a law offices studies program (see Bus. & Prof. Code, section 6060, subd. (e)(2)(B)) to participate in the Practical Training for Law Students program, but it did direct the State Bar to study whether such a change “would be prudent.”
