— Neil Barr, managing partner of Davis Polk, in a statement concerning William J. Hochul, Jr. joining the firm’s White Collar Defense & Investigations practice in New York as counsel. Hochul, who recently stepped down as general counsel for hospitality company Delaware North, is husband to New York Governor Kathy Hochul (D). “I look forward to joining Davis Polk’s formidable white collar defense team and working together to help clients navigate their most complex investigations and advisory matters,” Hochul said of his new role.
