Cloud Court is happy to announce a new member of our team, Lance Hegland. Lance supports our product development, testing, and customer experience efforts. He has extensive experience in process improvement and enabling accessibility, building bridges between user communities and service providers. Lance has a passion for design thinking, strategy development, and relationship building. He loves the excitement of innovation and the beauty of systems. His ethics are grounded in compassion, wisdom, and persistence.
Lance has held numerous council and advisory roles for Minnesota non-profits and state agencies, including his own org, Hegland Direct Support Team, the Bush Foundation, Minnesota Department of Human Services, and Hennepin County Medical Center. Additionally, he has held development and design roles for several technology firms. As a person with disabilities, Lance strives for more diverse, inclusive, and sustainable communities. As a businessperson, he understands the importance of flexibility, adaptability, and perseverance. Lance holds an MBA from the Opus College of Business, University of St. Thomas, and a BA in Mathematics from the University of St. Thomas.
