It’s a strange environment where you can walk into an office building and you don’t have to wear your mask in certain instances. But the minute you walk into your law office, you have to put it on. And then when you walk into your own office, you can take it off. So, it’s a very transitory stage right now, where there are no clear answers, or maybe even logic, behind the rules

Marcie Borgal Shunk, a consultant to law firm management, commenting on the varied mask guidelines that are present within the United States, and acknowledging that this may be why law firms creating reopening protocol have taken a “wait-and-see” attitude at this stage of the pandemic.
