Indiana Court of Appeals: state may withdraw from federal unemployment program

Indiana Court of Appeals sided with Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb on Tuesday allowing him to withdraw the state from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (“CARES”) Act benefits program.
