Yesterday, on March 29, 2023, the German Constitutional Court published its long-awaited (and also long) decision on the German “Act to Combat Child Marriage” ( Gesetz zur Bekämpfung von Kinderehen ). Therefore, the Court has kept the law intact and given the legislator until June 30, 2024 to reform it. What should it do?
